Ed is a graduate of Ryerson University and the University of Akron.
In 1974, he received his CA designation and in 2006 he became a Fellow
of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Ontario. Ed focuses on
providing advice on business planning, financing, profitability, and
taxation to entrepreneurial businesses and non-profit organizations.
As a member of T.E.C. (The Executive Committee), the Canadian Tax Foundation
and the Turnaround Management Association, Ed has particular expertise
helping businesses who are experiencing difficulties or those who are
ready to expand. Ed is involved with The Toronto Board of Trade, World
Trade Centre Toronto, Ontario Chamber of Commerce, Ted Rogers School
of Management at Ryerson University, and Granite Golf Club. He is a
past Chair of The Toronto Board of Trade. When he is not at work or
volunteering, Ed can be found on the golf course.
