Kenneth C. Shain (1947 - 2010)

Ken was a graduate of Huron University College at the University of Western
Ontario and had been in practice since 1973. Ken served a wide range
of entrepreneurial businesses and not-for-profit organizations, providing
advice in the areas of audit and compliance issues, financial management,
strategic planning, tax planning, cashflow and profitability analysis.
He was a member of the Applications Committee of the Institute of Chartered
Accountants of Ontario, the Fitness Institute, The Toronto Board of
Trade, a member/Director of the Executive Committee of Innovators Alliance,
an organization of Ontario’s leading growth firms, and a Trustee of
the Huron University College Foundation. When Ken was not in the office, Ken
enjoyed being on the water, on his bike or on the golf course.
